The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the CUET exam dates 2024 for admission to undergraduate programs in different central and states universities. The exam is scheduled to be conducted from 15 May 2024 to 24 May 2024. CUET will release the CUET Admit Card 2024 in the second week of May 2024. Before the release of the admit card, NTA will also release the CUET city intimation slip 2024.
The CUET Admit card is released soon after the registration process is over. Candidates are required to download their admit card from the official website. Without Admit Card, students will not able to enter the CUET examination venue.
About CUET UG
Common University Entrance Test also known as CUET, is a national-level entrance exam conducted for admission to all UG programs of all central and state universities. CUET provides a common platform and equal opportunities for all candidates across India. NTA conducts this entrance exam for admission to UG courses offered by central, state, private and government universities across India. The exam is conducted in online mode.
CUET Application Form 2024
Eligible candidates can fill out the application form available on the official website. NTA is responsible for releasing the application form for the CUET 2024 exam. Interested aspirants can check the steps to fill out the application form below:
- Visit the official website of CUET or NTA
- Register on the official website using personal details like name, parents name, email ID, mobile number, and permanent address
- After filling out these details, applicants must create a password.
- Once registered, log in with the required credentials to access the application form.
- Fill out personal and education details and choose university, program, and subject of your preference in the application form
- Upload necessary documents including passport-size photograph, signature, and Class X & XII marksheets.
- Pay the CUET application fee
- Submit the application form
CUET UG Eligibility 2024
For appearing in the CUET (UG) – 2024, there is no age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed the class 12 /equivalent examination or are appearing in 2024 irrespective of their age can appear in the CUET (UG) – 2024 examination. However, the candidates will be required to fulfill the age criteria (if any) of the University / Institution / Organization in which they are desirous of taking admission.
- Aspiring candidates must have passed 10+2/equivalent examination or appearing in 2024.
- As per the official notification, “Candidates who have completed the Class 12 (or equivalent) examination outside India or from a Board not specified above should produce a certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) to the effect that the examination they have passed is equivalent to the Class 12 Examination.”
- There is no age limit to appear for the CUET exam.
- The number of attempts a candidate may take is unrestricted. Candidates may appear for the exam as many times as desired as long as they meet all other qualifying conditions.

CUET UG Admit Card
Candidates who successfully register for the exam will receive the CUET Admit card. The admit card has important details that must be verified by candidates. Below are the steps to download the admit card:
- Go to the CUET/NTA’s official webpage.
- On the homepage, choose the CUET 2024 Admit Card link.
- To access the admission card, enter the ID and password.
- After logging in, the computer screen will display the admission card.
- Save and download the admission card.
- Print out your admission card.
